The brief
What the brief called for
A pharmaceutical client needed stainless process vessels designed, built and documented to their validation team's specification, fabricated in-house at our Cork workshop. This is a different type of work to our dairy and food builds, shown here from fabrication through to finished units.
The build
What we delivered
- 316L stainless process vessels, fabricated and finished in-house by coded welders
- Surface finish to Ra specification, electropolished where the spec required
- Full documentation package: weld logs, material certificates and QC records
- Built to ASME / EN / PD standards as the specification called for

- Vessels delivered with a validation-ready documentation pack
- Demonstrates Liscarroll pharmaceutical-grade fabrication beyond dairy and food
- The build walkaround shows the vessels from fabrication to finished units
